The Deep Roots Fitness Philosophy is one of Person Centeredness. We all are unique in every different way, including our athletic and fitness background, our ethnic background, our social network, our careers, and everything else that make us who we are. We believe in taking all of these factors into account when coaching our members and developing a fitness/wellness program. We are all on a unique journey and our role is to provide guidance, perspective, and fun.
